 Realtor are more involved in home transaction than a home owner,
 more familiar degree of expertise that provides an edge on 
 negotiating and successful selling.  

 12.You only pay the commission,if they  sell your home at the
 price you are  happy with. 

 13.Accepting an offer is one thing, ensuring a safe and successful 
 closing is another. Real estate transactions sometimes have problems 
 on closing. Lawyer's to fight it out or resolve the problems, the deal Is 
 lost ortoo expensive. Experienced realtors can mediate and resolve the
 issues of complexity. Lawyers are for taking care of legal issues, 
 mediation and negotiation are the integral qualities of  the Realtor. 
 
 14.You are limiting your exposure to potential buyers 
 (less than 10% of what a good real estate broker will generate) which
 theoretically means your home will take ten to fifteen times longer
